We want you to enjoy your Paragon Masonry Tools delivery as soon as possible – that’s why we’ve made shipping easy. All of our online order deliveries are tracked – you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Our shipping partners provide tracking details for every order. We will send you the tracking details of your order so you can easily track your order until it arrives.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on paragontools.ie, we will send you a receipt (this won’t take long!)

Our team will then process the order within two business days, we then hand it over to our nominated carrier and you will receive your tracking number.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we can amend the shipment address for you. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase
• Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday.
• Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
• Import duty must be paid by the customer.

If you are purchasing from outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs/tax office for further information. When you order from paragontools.ie, you are considered the importer of the item if outside of Ireland and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
